PAGID Racing is the official brake partner of Max Kruse Racing27. March 2018 -
Max Kruse Racing is relying on PAGID Racing brake performance. The brake pad specialist from Essen in Germany is the official brake partner of the newly-founded motorsport team of football professional Max Kruse, who has 14 official caps for the German national team. In its debut season, Max Kruse Racing will be competing in the ADAC TCR Germany. Moreover, the team is offering safe driving courses for companies, federations, players and clubs.
Max Kruse Racing will be running a Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR equipped with PAGID Racing brake discs, brake pads and brake fluids in the 14 races of the ADAC TCR Germany, a partner series of the ADAC GT Masters. Professional race driver Benjamin Leuchter, a close friend of Max Kruse’s, will be driving the car. The season opener of the ADAC TCR Germany will be held at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, 13-15 April.
Max Kruse, founder of the race team: “Max Kruse Racing is merging football and motorsport: in both sports, the same action patterns lead to success – working hard on yourself is required. The ADAC TCR Germany provides the perfect stage for our maiden season in which we have a strong brake partner on our side with PAGID Racing.”
Benjamin Leuchter is a known quantity in touring car racing and already competed in 2016, the debut season of the ADAC TCR Germany, in which he ended up a strong fifth overall. The driver from the German city of Duisburg already scored numerous achievements with PAGID Racing brake performance, including last year’s TCR class victory in the VLN Langstreckenmeisterschaft with mathilda racing.
Benjamin Leuchter, founder and race driver: “Both in motorsport and on the road, braking is extremely important. In motorsport, you can make up a lot of time under braking and you have to be able to rely on your brake system for 100 percent all the time, and that is exactly what PAGID Racing stands for. In the past, I have already been able to celebrate numerous achievements with PAGID Racing. With Max Kruse Racing, we intend to continue this success story.”
Safe driving is another important aspect for Max Kruse. That is the reason that Max Kruse Racing will also be offering safe driving courses for companies, federations, football professionals and clubs to educate participants to drive responsibly. Max Kruse Racing also is committed to supporting young drivers in motorsport.
Kai Roggenland, Director Motorsport TMD Performance GmbH: “Max Kruse Racing and PAGID Racing are a perfect match. PAGID Racing brake products stand for maximum performance, 100 percent quality and the highest possible safety level – important requirements for success in motorsport. We are looking forward to a successful partnership!”
