Strong showing for PAGID Racing teams in SRO America

The season finale of the SRO America at Las Vegas Motor Speedway presented a strong showing for teams trusting in PAGID Racing brake performance.

Teams’ title for K-PAX Racing

PAGID Racing partner team K-PAX Racing clinched the Blancpain GT World Challenge America teams’ title. #9 Bentley Continental GT3 driver duo Andy Soucek and Alvaro Parente won both GT3 races of the season finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Their teammates Rodrigo Baptista and Maxime Soulet (#3 Bentley Continental GT3) also scored valuable points for the championship with third place in race 1 and second place in race 2.

Pro-Am Teams’ title for RealTime Racing

RealTime Racing won the Blancpain GT World Challenge America Pro-Am Team Championship. Win number 101 and a runner-up finish for Mike Hedlund and Dane Cameron (#43 Acura NSX) at Las Vegas Motor Speedway secured the title.

Success for Michael Hurczyn in TC America

Michael Hurczyn claimed the TCR Drivers’ crown in TC America. Despite facing fuel pump issues in race 1 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, he finished seventh with the #71 FCP Euro VW Golf GTI TCR, scoring enough points to secure the drivers’ title. Third place in the TCR drivers’ championship went Mason Filippi (#12 Copeland Motorsports Hyundai Veloster N TCR) who secured victory in both races of the season finale.

Worldwide: Victories in FIA WEC and in the 24H Series

What a year for Aston Martin Racing in the FIA WEC! After its Pro class victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the team went on to win the drivers’ and teams’ titles in the GTE Am class. Hofor Racing’s victories in the 24H Series also largely contributed to making 2017 a successful year for PAGID Racing.

Asia: Victories in Macau and in the TCR Asia Series

Victory and third place in the FIA GT World Cup Macau and a clean sweep of the top three in the FIA F3 World Cup Macau – PAGID Racing customers were successful all the way at the legendary Guia Circuit in Macau. PAGID Racing Partner Liqui Moly Team Engstler ended up as the best team in the TCR Asia Series whilst also celebrating the drivers’ title for Kantadhee Kusiri.

Europe: Top results in FIA Formula 3 European Championship and further achievements

PAGID Racing is looking back upon a successful motorsport year in European series. Team Carlin’s Lando Norris winning the FIA Formula 3 European Championship title ranks among the highlights of 2017. The motorsport brand of TMD Performance GmbH was also successful at the Nürburgring and in TCR competition.

USA: PAGID Racing partners win big in 2017

Successful in the United States: PAGID Racing and its technical partner teams celebrated a combined 30 race wins in the 2017 US sports car racing series IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and Pirelli World Challenge (PWC).

Nikko Reger wins PAGID Racing Super Pole Award

Nikko Reger (#1 Copeland Motorsports) scored the $5,000 PAGID Racing Super Pole Award. The Texan set the fastest qualifying lap for the Global Mazda MX-5 Cup Challenge at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
