PAGID Racing Brake Performance for the Canadian Nissan Micra Cup17. February 2020 -
For the 2020 racing season, PAGID Racing will be sole brake pad and brake fluid supplier for the Nissan Micra Cup. All cars competing in the Canadian racing series will rely on PAGID Racing brake performance in the 2020 race season.
PAGID Racing has been developing a new solution for the cup racers to support the series and drivers to achieve THE DIFFERENCE IN BRAKING. This partnership will also include additional technical support for the racers via the Canadian PAGID Racing distributor Braidan Motorsport.
The Nissan Micra Cup consists of twelve races across six weekends in Canada, including the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada in June in Montreal. More than 30 Nissan Micras will compete in the one-make cup from May to September. The season kicks off with the first two races at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (May 15 – 17, 2020).

The Spanish professional racing driver will help the motorsport brake pad specialist with product developments in the future. The 31-year-old brings a wealth of experience from many racing series to the partnership. Among other things, Juncadella was crowned champion of the European Formula 3 series in 2012 and then enjoyed success with Mercedes-AMG in the DTM.

When the starting lights at the Nürburgring are switched to green for the last time this season this Saturday (9 October), the teams will be competing for the final valuable points for this year’s championship in the PAGID Racing 45. DMV Münsterlandpokal. The four-hour race at the 24.358 kilometres long combination of the Nürburgring-Nordschleife and the Grand Prix circuit gets underway at noon (CEST).
