Successful IMSA season for PAGID Racing partner and customer teams
17. October 2019 -PAGID Racing partner and customer teams look back on a very successful 2019 IMSA season with the TCR drivers’ and teams’ title for Bryan Herta Autosport in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, the GTD IMSA WeatherTech Sprint Cup title for Zacharie Robichon (Pfaff Motorsports) and a historic win for Turner Motorsport in the 10-hour race Petit Le Mans.
Drivers’ and teams’ title for Bryan Herta Autosport
Mark Wilkens and Michael Lewis were crowned 2019 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Champions in the TCR class. The drivers of the #98 Hyundai Veloster N TCR for Bryan Herta Autosport with Curb Agajanian clinched the title with victory at the last race of the season at Road Atlanta (USA). First and second place for the #98 and #21 Hyundai Veloster N TCR in the Teams’ Championship rounded out the successful performance.

GTD Sprint Cup title for Zacharie Robichon
Zacharie Robichon had already clinched the GTD IMSA WeatherTech Sprint Cup title at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in mid-September. It was the first IMSA title for the Canadian driving the #9 Pfaff Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R.
Historic win for Turner Motorsport BMW M6 GT3 in the 10-hour Petit Le Mans
Turner Motorsport secured a historic victory in the 10-hour Petit Le Mans GTD race at Road Atlanta. Bill Auberlen, who shared driving duties with Robby Foley and Dillon Machavern, made a daring last-lap pass on the Riley Mercedes-AMG GT3, to claim the Petit Le Mans GT Daytona class victory for BMW outfit and PAGID Racing partner Turner Motorsport. It marked the second win of the season for the Turner Motorsport team and the 60th victory in IMSA competition for Auberlen, who is now tied for most career wins with five-time Rolex 24 at Daytona winner Scott Pruett. The win also secured second place in the 2019 WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (GTD).
